Common questions
How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. Most items are made and posted within 3–5 working days (game storage boxes, framed prints and 3D maps take 5–7), then Royal Mail takes 2–3 working days. See our shipping policy for each product.
What if I make a mistake in my personalised text?
Please check your text carefully before ordering. Once production starts we can't change or cancel the order. If you spot a mistake straight away, message us as soon as possible.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Many of our best-selling products started as customer requests. Tell us what you have in mind using the form above and we'll let you know what's possible and the price.
Can I order in bulk, for example for a wedding or event?
Yes. For orders of more than six items, please get in touch first so we can confirm the price and delivery.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes, our engraved glasses are dishwasher safe. The engraving is etched into the glass, so it won't wash off.
How do I look after a wooden chopping board?
Clean it with a cloth, soap and water, then let it dry. Please don't put wooden boards in the dishwasher.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
The website delivers to UK addresses. If you're in Europe or elsewhere, please order through our Etsy shop, which handles local taxes for you.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add it in the note box in your basket and we'll include it with your order.
